KKN is fully involved with mentoring all types of students for their career growth. We offer training to physically challenged students for Civil Service exam, Skill Development Training for career –oriented areas in demand, English language, Educational Counseling, Technologies, Digital Marketing etc.
While the employability for qualified people itself is at a bad situation in our country, we cannot be proud of all our academic institutions in the country as most often they work towards their own benefits and not for the intellectual growth of the students. Average students are filtered at school level to the benefit of the management whereby such students are discouraged mentally and academically. We are keen to help these students also by encouraging them to become technocrats or entrepreneurs. There are high possibilities that these so-called merit groups often become employees of these mediocre groups.
There are top Corporate groups in need of trained hands who expect colleges to offer additional training to final year students so that they could start working from the first day itself. It is ironic that parents pay high fees to the College / University for their children’s learning and these children do not learn where they pay high fees but they try to learn where they are paid in their jobs.
